the thrill
of kitesurfing

Overview

Kitesurfing is an exciting and accessible watersport that combines freedom, adrenaline, and unforgettable sensations. It involves riding across the water while being pulled by a controllable kite. It is a fantastic way to experience a real sense of freedom while improving balance, coordination, and wind awareness.

In New Caledonia, conditions are especially ideal for kitesurfing thanks to the steady trade winds, the pleasant climate, and the wide variety of spots suitable for all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience, the local conditions provide the perfect setting to learn, improve, and enjoy the sport safely.

The lessons

With more than 20 years of experience teaching kitesurfing, we train you with a practical, real-world approach while giving you the essential foundations and the right habits to ride in the best possible conditions. Our goal is to make kitesurfing an enjoyable, progressive, and safe experience.

Throughout your course, you will be guided by state-certified instructors who share their passion and expertise through a clear and supportive teaching approach. To encourage fast progress and provide personalised guidance, we keep our groups small, with only 3 or 4 students per instructor depending on skill level. You will also be equipped with radio helmets, allowing you to receive technical coaching and safety instructions at any time during the session.

The skills covered in each session are provided as a guideline only and will depend on your individual learning pace. Progress in kitesurfing is different for everyone and depends on a number of factors, such as weather conditions, physical fitness, and more.

Progress is not always linear either. Some sessions may lead to major improvement, while at other times you may feel like you are standing still. That is completely normal, which is why we offer a personalised learning experience tailored to your own progression.

Private lessons:

Private lessons are designed for anyone who wants to learn faster or focus on a specific stage of their kitesurfing progression.

If you are looking for quicker progress and full one-on-one attention, private lessons are the ideal option.

Kite bus :

This is more than just return transport to New Caledonia’s kitesurfing spots. With this option, you benefit from light supervision from our instructors, as well as advice on your equipment, the best kitesurfing spots, and tide conditions in New Caledonia.

To join our Kite Bus, you must be fully independent and able to demonstrate an advanced level of autonomy on the water, with the ability to ride upwind as a minimum requirement.

Ride the wind,
challenge the waves.
